Country Fashion and a Little Bit of Music

Last night - while we all relaxed on our couches - all of country music's biggest names gathered under one roof for the CMT Music Awards and it was one giant party. From the performances to the fashion, overall everything got an A+ in my book. Let's not forget that the CMTs are an awards show, with that being said here are the winners from last night for those who missed out...

Collaborative Video of the Year:
"This Is How We Roll," Florida Georgia Line & Luke Bryan
Performance of the Year:
"Oh No/ All Night Long," Luke Bryan & Lionel Richie
Male Video of the Year:
"Doin' What She Likes," Blake Shelton
Breakthrough Video of the Year:
"Wasting All These Tears," Cassadee Pope
Group Video of the Year:
"Done," The Band Perry
Female Video of the Year:
"Automatic," Miranda Lambert
Duo of the Year:
Florida Georgia Line
Video of the Year:
"See You Again," Carrie Underwood

Now let's get past all the music which leads us to the fashion. Decisions, decisions? You can pretty much always count on Carrie and Miranda to dress to impress when it comes to their fashion style, and they accomplished just that along with several others last night. From Kellie looking impeccable in purple to One Tree Hill's star Jana Kramer in her mermaid-like pink gown. Who knew that The Voice winner, Cassadee Pope could look so soft and feminine? Absolutely loved her coral two-piece ensemble. All of these girl's got it right and that is how they found their way into my top five.

Now on to the looks that caught our eyes for all the wrong reasons...

Too many exotic, unflattering, wild prints. Sorry ladies, there's always next year.
